Best at home guacamole



In my family we are obsessed with homemade guacamole. We actually like it better then most restaurants. I believe we have perfected the recipe but give it a try and tell me what you think or what you would add.


Ingredients

  • 5 almost ripe avocados (you don't want it to turn to mush)

  • half of medium red onion

  • 3 roma tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro

  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic

  • 1 tsp of garlic salt

  • 1 lime

  • half of a lemon

  • half a pack of fresh success extra spicy

  • salt/pepper

Step by step

  1. Get out a large bowl

  2. Cut your avocados in half. Remove the pit. Hold your avocado, green part up and cut strips going both ways. Take a spoon and scoop out into bowl.

  3. After you spooned all your avocados into your bowl cut you tomatoes, onions, and cilantro into small pieces. Pour into bowl along with your minced garlic.

  4. Add in all your seasonings

  5. Squeeze lime and lemon juice and give it a nice stir.

  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Get out a big bowl of tortilla chips and Enjoy!
