Fruity Mango Smoothie Bowl

I am definitely a smoothie girl. It's a perfect meal or snack anytime of the day. They are perfect for on the go meals. With being in quarantine the past month we haven't had anywhere to go so I decided to try to make a smoothie bowl. All these ingredients I had in my fridge. I have to say it was pretty delicious. Super fresh and you honestly can do these so many different ways. This is my first time making one of these so I definitely will be experimenting a little bit more with these in the future. Hope you enjoy this one!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup of greek nonfat yogurt plain

  • 1/2 cup of milk (you can use any type of milk for this I just used 2% because that's what I had in the fridge)

  • Shredded coconut

  • Chia Seeds

  • 1 fresh Kiwi

  • 1 fresh mango

  • Agave syrup

  • Blender

Step by Step

1. Get your blender out (Trick: I used a vitamix. I think it's the best blender out there as it blends your ingredients extremely smooth and creamy.)

2. Add your frozen banana, peaches, and pineapple to your blender. Top it with 1/2 of your fresh mango, nonfat yogurt, and milk. Blend on low and slowly turn your speed up until all ingredients are combined together mix in between if you need to. If you noticed it's not blending you can add a little bit more milk. (Trick: You don't want to add to much as it will become to soupy. I accidentally added to much milk in mine so it didn't stay frozen as long as I would of liked for it to.)

3. Once you have your smoothie consistency take your kiwi peel the skin off cut it into thin slices. Take the remaining of your fresh mango and cut into chucks

4. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with your kiwi, mango, a spoonful or two of your shredded coconut, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

5. Drizzle a small amount agave syrup all over the top. (Trick: adding this gives the bowl a little sweetness as greek yogurt, mango, and kiwi tend to be sour.)

6. Get a spoon and Enjoy!!
