Italian veggie bowl



It's lunch time but you aren't very hungry. I have the perfect meal for you. I came up with this recipe as I needed to use up the veggies out of the fridge that were about to go bad. There is no meat in this so it's great for my vegetarian lovers out there or someone that doesn't want a big lunch. You also don't have to be a cook at all for this recipe. Simply cute up everything and add to a bowl. This is also is great for a party as a side option for your guest. Super easy and cheap.


Ingredients

  • 1 roma tomato

  • 1 avocado

  • half of a English cucumber

  • 1 oz of Mozzarella balls (you can get these from Costco in a big tub)

  • 1/3 cup of Ken's Italian dressing

  • salt/pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp of red pepper flakes

Step by step

  1. Cut up all your vegetables and mozzarella into bite size pieces. Place into a bowl.

  2. Next you will want to pour your dressing over the top

  3. Season with salt, pepper, and your red pepper flakes.

  4. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to let all seasonings come together and Enjoy!
