Taco Tuesday


NACHOS! who doesn't love a good LARGE plate of nachos. Super easy and everyone loves them because you can add whatever you want on them. This Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe is perfect for dinner tonight or to serve up with a larger group of people. I love this delicious recipe because it’s easy to make and takes almost no time, so it’s perfect for a quick dinner and I promise your husband and kids will love it!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of lean ground beef

  • corn tortilla chips

  • shredded mexican cheese

  • tomatoes

  • avocadoes

  • cheese dip

  • sour cream

  • green onions

  • a packet of taco seasoning

Step by Step

  1. Brown Ground Beef in a pan until almost done, drain Fat and return to pan. Then add in your taco seasoning packet with 1/4 cup of water. Let finish cooking.

  2. Spray a Baking Sheet with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Turn oven to 350.

  3. Fill Pan with Tortilla Chips and sprinkle with cheese, ground beef, and tomatoes (TRICK: I forgot to add it on mine here but black beans are delicious on this.)

  4. Place in Oven for 15 Minutes

  5. To finish it off add your cut up avocados and green onions. Then drizzle with your cheese dip and sour cream and Enjoy! Serve while warm.
